Monster straight flute chucking reamers are made from C-2 sub-micron grain carbide with 10% cobalt content. With reduced neck for through-hole clearance or full shank reduction in lieu of reduced neck. Best suited for through holes – Straight flute geometry pushes chips through the hole. 45Deg chamfer angle naturally guides and eases the reamer into the hole. Ultra-tight tolerances for extreme exactness. 1/4″ & < Diameter Tolerance: +0.0000 / +0.0002". > 1/4″ Diameter Tolerance: +0.0000 / +0.0003″
